God’s call to reconciliation for His people is at the heart of the work that he prepared for us to do as Christians (2 Cor. 5:17‐18). As a body of Christ, the Christian Reformed Church in North America is committed to doing the work of reconciliation and inclusion. By “reconciliation” we mean restoring two or more groups back into right relationship with each other. By “inclusion” we mean the intentional interaction of these groups both in relationship and community participation.
These two values guide the work of the CRCNA and help us to work toward a future when our congregations, leadership, and entire denomination better reflect the full diversity of the body of Christ.
